Contact our office at 979-778-1996 or through the 'Contact Us' form on our Home page to schedule your personal on-site appointment and a member of our team will meet you at the project site. Together you will discuss the project plans you wish to make and then H. Bond Construction will prepare a written remodeling or building contract for you which states the description of the job and cost of the project. If the terms are acceptable, we will schedule a start date for your project with our best estimate of the completion date.

We can handle any kind of residential or commercial project ranging from foundation issues, kitchen and bathroom remodels, siding, windows, decks, interior painting, exterior painting, roof replacements, room additions, complete home renovations, and even new construction.

Change orders are inherent in the construction process and can happen at any time during the life of your project. It is important for you to communicate, document, and approve any and all change orders and understand the financial obligations that come with each change order. 

The length of time it takes to receive an estimate or proposal depends on several different factors, namely the size and number of scopes within the project. Generally speaking, you can expect an estimate within 1-3 weeks unless otherwise specified. Regarding larger projects, it is our practice to first develop an estimate that is more of a general nature to give you an idea of the overall financial commitment of the project. If the estimate is approved, we can then move forward in the process of developing a more detailed, comprehensive project proposal. 

We do not offer in-house financing for projects, at this time. Our typical payment process for more sizable projects is to receive a start-up payment to order materials and begin scheduling. Then, multiple draws throughout the duration of the project, with the final payment for the balance due upon completion of the project. We can also work with any lender you may be talking to. We accept as payment: Check and Cash. We also accept credit cards, however, there is a processing fee/convenience charge of 3% of the amount paid.

Yes, we can assist with and work directly with your insurance company to ensure that all necessary details are covered for your project. Additional fees may apply for this service, depending on the size and scope of your project.
